Carl is a highly respected VoIP services expert and visionary
At pulver.com, Carl was the Community Developer who enabled business development and customer contact between companies. He also coordinated the content at the pulver.com VON conferences. As a pulverite he served as an advisor to many companies in various degrees.
His professional career includes 20 years with telecommunications companies such as Telcordia Technologies and Verizon. He has worked in positions including Costs, Operations, Marketing, Regulatory and Product Management.
Additionally, Carl has been an administrator and developer of many internal support systems aimed at improving workflow and distributing information between companies and within workgroups. At Verizon he attended Quality College and learned to utilize many of the methods recommended by Philip Crosby.
Carl’s accomplishments include:
Architecting and product managing a carrier grade billing mediation device for soft switches
Championed a wholesale remote access product for Intranet and wholesale ISP offering
Developed the primary strategy for a telco Intranet Services company and negotiated business alliances
Administered and maintained several systems aimed at tracking ILEC rates and Federal Filings used for comparative analysis
Reduced the work process on CPE ordering by 25%
Developed a batch system on Customer Service Requests that reduce worktime by 75%
Provided data mining system for large system sales of private line services

Business Development
Claude has a wide variety of experiences in business development, technology licensing, media development and advertising. He has been very successful in market penetration and sales ramp-up activities and is an expert in Internet technologies and a variety of communications initiatives.
Claude’s focus for the past 20 years has been on software technology where he created and implemented various business designs and routes to market, funded 3 start ups and held the positions of CEO and President in two high growth companies.
Claude has a life history that comprises a diverse and innovative business background across multiple business lines- including music production (John Lennon and the Grateful Dead), film production and distribution (The Rolling Stones), Print and Media Production (Director of Advertising for Esquire Japan), and innovative software development.
He has been extensively involved in designing several enterprise-wide Internet solutions.

In the last 15 years, Mr. Lilja has worked in the areas of strategic and operational DM/RM/DbM,
Campaign Management and Customer Programs. He has many years of experience within CRM Business approach/strategies, customer segmentation projects and Customer Centric Management.
He worked for Scandinavian Airlines for 14 years in different positions and since 1996 as Head of Direct Marketing.
In 2000 he started as senior CRM consultant and regional manager for a Swedish Consultancy Company and moved on as the Global CRM Consulting Director and CCO at Infercor Ltd in Oxford (UK).
Robert became the Director Business Development at DNG/Interaction AB - an Integrated Marketing Agency.
Robert has continuously improved his knowledge by studying at Institutes and Universities over the past 15 years and has a number of different degrees. He is in the final phase of a Masters
Degree in Direct Marketing (MaDM - Kingston University UK) and has a degree in Marketing Management, Executive Management. He has received several awards within Direct Marketing, such as the Golden Key from the Swedish SWEDMA, Best of Europe from the European FEDMA and the US Echo Award DMA.
He has also the highest award of achievement from Dale Carnegie.
